Our story starts in 1993, when Gary Osborn founded our family business in a humble basement office space in Springfield, Missouri. More than 30 years later, we’ve seen a lot of changes in the industry. What has not changed is our family values, our willingness to help anyone who walks through our door and our devotion to our business.

We’re proud of our work guiding agents and agency owners so they can reach higher levels of success and serve their clients better. We connect with those who work hard and put in the time to grow and manage their business. Our experience means that we’re more capable of serving YOU than ever before.
