Osborn Insurance Group Reimburses AHIP Costs Up to $125
- A minimum of 12 MAPD sales with any combination of Medicare Advantage carrier contracts that you have with Osborn Insurance Group. Must maintain a minimum of 3 MAPD contracts with Osborn Insurance Group.
- Applicable sales will be for a 1/1/2022 effective date only.
- Beneficiaries must be enrolled through 3/31/2022 to receive reimbursement details.
- Reimbursements will be distributed in April of 2022.
- You will receive our reimbursement in addition to any reimbursements you qualify for through individual carriers.
- All sales made outside of your contracts with us will not apply.
- Only MAPD sales qualify, PDPs do not qualify you for the reimbursement.
