A common misconception for an agent working with and Field Marketing Organization (FMO) is that their commissions will be reduced; this is not true. We offer the same commission level to general agents that they would receive directly from the carriers, we just provide additional perks. As an FMO we are designed to be the middlemen between you, the insurance agent, and the insurance companies. In other words, we do the back office work so you can spend more time serving your clients. Contracting assistance – provide a tracking process for your contracts so you have more time on your hands to grown your business.

Certification Assistance – help to ensure you know how to get certified and when to renew your certifications so you never miss an opportunity. Currently, we have 7 in-house licensed agents on staff to support our independent agents.
