Qualifications
- Qualify once you reach five issued applications
- Excludes Guaranteed Issue and Underage Disability business.
- Applications must be submitted and issued between 7/1/2023 and 9/30/2023.
Payment
After reaching five issued applications:
- $250 for each Underwritten case.
- $25 for each Open Enrollment case.

- Issued cases must be underwritten or open enrollment and specific to ACE Property & Casualty Insurance Company, a Chubb company.
