- Qualify when you reach 3 issued policies in a month.
- Excludes guaranteed issue and underage disability business.
- Issued cases must be underwritten during open enrollment and specific to Aflac.
Payment
- After three issued policies in a month:
- $150 per underwritten case
- $25 per non-underwritten case
