2019 MAPD/PDP Aetna Market-Specific Training & Product Rollout

Aetna is very excited to share what’s new for Aetna MAPD/PDP
in St. Louis, SE Missouri and SW Illinois for 2019!
They are offering several large F2F Agent/Broker roll-out events for the 2019 plan year. These sessions will provide you with helpful details on plan benefits and will also satisfy the Market Specific Training* requirement for ShowMe St. Louis and surrounding counties.
This is a great opportunity to learn about Value Based Enrollments (agents can earn additional $ at the point of sale), current brand transition efforts and recent CVS transaction updates.
You’ll also hear about our 2019 competitive advantages, such as:
- NEW $0 Premium PPO plans
- PPO network with seamless coverage across the U.S.
- Generous preventive and comprehensive dental, vision and over-the-counter allowance
- Expanded service areas with enhanced supplemental benefits
- $0 Deductible / $0 PCP copay on select plans

Roll-out trainings begin at 10am CDT at all locations. Doors open at 9:30 for complimentary breakfast items, cool give-a-ways and drawings for some really nice tech! We anticipate these meetings to hit maximum capacity this year.

Key Points to Remember…
If you are unable to attend any of the Roll-out events, WebEx phone sessions will be scheduled and communicated very soon. WebEx calls are being planned from September 14 through November 28th during AEP and then into 2019. “Self-Study” is also an option from Producer World and will be available after 9/1/18.
YOU NEED TO CHOOSE ONE OF THE THREE REFERENCED EVENTS TO RECEIVE YOUR MST CREDIT FOR 2019.
