Overview

This course reviews the different generations that are Medicare eligible or are becoming Medicare eligible. This course will give individuals the opportunity to study the population demographics, behaviors, and trends to identify the buying motives of each generation.

Objectives

Upon Completion of this course, individuals should be able to:

• Understand Medicare population demographics, behaviors, and trends
• Modify sales and marketing methods to cater to the Medicare population
• Avoid using sales and marketing tactics that are misleading or properly received
• Identify concerns and misconceptions of Medicare
• Recognize healthcare trends that are associated with the population
