Qualifications
- Applications must be submitted by LifeShield Electronic Application to qualify.
- Applications must be approved and issued between October 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023.
- Bonuses will be paid in the standard commission cycle.
Payment
Medicare Supplement
- Underwritten Electronic Applications: $250 for each approved and issued application.
- Open Enrollment and Guaranteed Issue Electronic Application: $50 for each approved and issued application
Dental, Vision, and Hearing
- $50 for each approved and issued electronic application

- Agent must be properly licensed and appointed as required in the issue state and must be active and in good standing with LifeShield National during the incentive period at the time of payout.
