MyEnrollerSM and iPad iOS version 15 issues
We have heard from some agents that MyEnoller is not working on their iPads after they update to iOS version 15. Our developers are looking into this, but a timeline for resolution is unknown. We have determined Apple made an update that is not communicating well with the program used to code MyEnroller.
If you experience this issue after updating to the new iOS version, you will need to instead use the online version of MyEnroller until we can resolve the issue.
