Before you can get out there and start selling Medicare plans this AEP, you’ll need to complete your annual Medicare and product-specific trainings.

What’s new? For plan year 2022, Agents will be able to choose between AHIP or NAHU to complete their annual CMS training requirement. Both cover your required training on Medicare basics, marketing and enrollment.

After you’ve passed AHIP or NAHU, you’ll move on to the Humana-specific part of your Certification. This course goes over our compliance, products and general guidance.

And then you’re done!
